退貨規定 Return Policy
Benny剛搬進學校宿舍，發現浴室裡沒有吹風機（blow dryer），於是衝到附近的賣場買了一台；沒料到回宿舍，才發現吹風機放在櫃子內。瞪著手上這突然多出來的商品，看來得前往賣場退貨了。
一般在店內都會張貼退貨規定，不然收據（receipt）上也會印出來。最基本的是要先知道哪些商品可以退、哪些不能退。接著要注意幾天內可退貨，國外的退貨期限通常會有30天（within 30 days），這是從收據上的日期開始算起喔（from the date of purchase）！接著要注意商家退貨的方式，例如比較嚴格的店家會規定商品不能拆封，且退貨時得出示收據，可不要白跑一趟了！

退貨時，當然要開門見山說明退貨目的。店員則會詢問你其他細節，包括購買時間、是否有攜帶收據，可能還會問你為什麼退貨。一般店家可能會提出幾個選擇方案，例如：提供店內消費點數（store credit），或是換貨（replacement），不過消費者不一定要接受，若只是想退款（refund），就篤定地告訴對方吧！
提出退貨要求時常用句子：
