Have you heard of Malawi? Malawi is a country located in southeast Africa. The country is about three times the size of Taiwan. However, it’s only half as populated as the island. The distance between Malawi and Taiwan is about 10,000 kilometers. It is equal to ten circles around the island of Taiwan. Malawi is beautifully nicknamed “The Warm Heart of Africa”. Some say the nickname comes from its location in Africa, just like the location of a human heart. Some think the word “warm” describes Malawi’s warm weather.
