Sandy在國外遊學的時候，覺得牙齒（tooth）時不時就犯疼，擔心會越來越嚴重（get worse），她決定趕緊看醫生去。但到了診所（clinic）卻被拒絕入內…

預約看病超簡單

在國外，看醫生可不像台灣一樣便利，並非每間診所都可隨時入內看病（walk-in service），除非是緊急情況（emergency），不然大多要提前預約（make an appointment）。有時往往一等就要等上好幾週，受不了的話除了多問幾間診所外，建議先到藥房（pharmacy）買止痛藥（painkiller）。

任務一：該約哪時好

下面是Sandy平日的課程表，若不想犧牲周末和周間的午飯時間（lunch break），她還可以預約什麼時段看牙醫呢？

預約看診輕鬆說

電話接通後應先告知目的，診所櫃檯人員（receptionist）會接著詢問就醫紀錄、姓名、生日、以及預約原因。一一回答後，重點是時間的安排，除了要會表達自己可前往的時間外，也要能聽懂對方所提供的可預約時段。

預約看診時常用句子有：
